We would like to alleviate as much of this stress as possible by communicating with you openly regarding the costs involved for the different treatment options available to you.

It is important to us that costs are explained to you in detail so that “surprises” can be avoided. You will have a financial consultation on the day of your initial consultation with the doctor. At that time, our billing manager will discuss the cost involved with the treatment you have discussed with the doctor. She will provide you with all costs that may be involved with a particular type of treatment so you will know what to expect. At the time of your financial consultation, the billing manager will also explain how the treatment is paid, whether it will be payable at each visit or in payments. This will depend on the treatment you will undergo.
