From the competent staff to the cheerful environment, it honestly made the entire process so much easier. Dr. Bendikson was caring and made me feel like I was more than someone just breezing through her doors for a few weeks. But above that she is on her game when it comes to fertility. She answered all of my questions in ways I could understand and was willing to talk through any of my concerns. She brought up topics that I hadn’t even thought of and was able to keep the conversations calm and full of compassion. Dr. Smith is another wonderful asset to the office. I felt completely involved in the daily process and she also made me feel like more than a bunch of ovaries as we talked each day about more than just my count. Vicki was also a great teacher in walking me through my whole process and didn’t seem to get annoyed with my countless emails and questions. No one ever hopes to have to do any type of fertility treatment, but I’d recommend USC Fertility to anyone who finds themselves in that situation.
