Have you or will you be traveling within three (3) days of your scheduled consultation at HRC Fertility? If so, we kindly ask that you follow our COVID-19 protocols to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you, including HRC Fertility medical staff.
Unvaccinated Patients/Travelers Options:
- Following a 72 hour quarantine period upon your arrival in California, please visit HRC Fertility to undergo a COVID-19 test. If the results are negative, you may proceed with your in-person consultation.
- If your results are positive or cannot comply with the 72 hour quarantine, you may request a virtual consultation by contacting us at 866-HRC-4IVF (1-866-472-4438).
- If you have results from a PCR (or similar amplification method) COVID-19 test which was done during an airport screening or local accredited testing center, you may proceed with your scheduled consultation if those results are:
- negative; and
- within 72 hours of your HRC appointment. Please provide documentation of results 1 business day prior to your appointment.
Fully Vaccinated Patients/Travelers Options:
- Fully vaccinated individuals do not need to self quarantine upon arrival in California.
- You should still follow CDC’s recommendations for traveling safely and entering any HRC Fertility facility.
- Per the CDC, people are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose in a two-dose series, such as Pfizer or Moderna; or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine such as Johnson & Johnson.
All Visitors to HRC Fertility Facilities:
- You must wear a mask over your nose and mouth while in an HRC Fertility location.
- Please maintain a six foot distance from other and avoid crowds.
- Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer.
- We ask that you do not bring children to your consultations or appointments as their presence can be difficult for those struggling with infertility.
