Led by Dr. Richard Paulson for the last 20+ years, the staff of USC Fertility is eager to put their expertise and camaraderie to work for you.

- Ani Derhartonian, MBA -Administrator, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
Ani has operational and financial over site of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Keck School of Medicine, as well as UCAR Surgery Center. She has over 15 years of leadership experience. She completed her MBA at University of Redlands, and BA in Literature at University of California at Irvine.
- Diana Pagdilao -Physician and Patient Liaison
Diana joined our team in 2013 with over five years of experience in customer service. Diana completed a BA in Recreation & Leisure Studies with an emphasis in Event Management at California State University, Long Beach. She primarily works at the front desk to welcome patients as they arrive, works directly with the physicians to coordinate efficient scheduling, ensures smooth daily functionality of the office, and plans the biennial Baby Reunion.
- Ashley Stevenson -Medical Secretary
Ashley joined the team in 2014 after completing her Medical Administrative Assistant training in 2012. Her training and previous front office experience in family medicine played an integral role in her being a part of the USC Fertility front office team. She is responsible for managing the daily appointments, receives patients upon checkout, and assists the laboratory with their clerical needs.
- Hazel Olague -Financial Counselor
Hazel came to the practice in 2013 from the USC Department of Medicine Business Office. Her five years of experience and expertise learned from the Department of Medicine eased her transition to USC Fertility. She is responsible for educating the patients on treatment costs and works closely with patients who have Meritain or Harrington supplemental insurance through their Kaiser coverage.
- Gayane Kouyoumdjian -Financial Counselor
Gayane joined the practice in 2013 with over 23 years of billing experience. Her primary role is to educate potential and current patients on treatment costs and helping patients obtain itemized statements to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
